When purchasing from bulldog appliances you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, Please make sure you read all sections carefully before purchasing. 1. Delivery

1.1) Please note that Delivery and Next Working Day Delivery applies to England, Wales and SOME PARTS of Scotland. Please see below a list of places that we DO NOT deliver to.

Scotland (Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Herbrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands) Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Skye.

1.2) All goods are sent out via our carefully selected couriers and carriers .Goods are dispatched between Monday and Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm, we deliver on the weekend for an extra cost, no deliveries on bank holidays. Please allow the delivery time-scales as advised on the purchase. We only ship goods on the receipt of a confirmation of payment e-mail from Pay Pal or Authorization from the Debit/Credit Card Company. You will need to provide a contact number that will be passed on to the courier or carrier; until we receive the number the item will not be shipped.

1.3) We would always advise customers to contact us if they haven't received their goods within 5 working days of payment.

1.4) The vehicles used to deliver our items could be up to a 18.5 tonne lorry so please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road. This is a door to door service so be prepared on the day. If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building or as near as possible depending on driveways or pathways. The items will arrive on a pallet packaged and shrink wrapped to the pallet, unless otherwise stated by a member of Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd

1.5) When delivery takes place you must un-pack and FULLY CHECK the item. DO NOT SIGN if you are not happy with the item received. If you do sign as unchecked, unpacked,ok or acceptable, any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for.

1.6) In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please REFUSE delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse or contact us for further advice.

1.7) All deliveries are made by a single delivery driver unless otherwise stated, they may try to bring the appliance to the desired location of your choice, but they are not required or paid to do so. If the driver cannot safely move the appliance to the desired location then they will deliver it to the nearest point. Please have someone ready to help just in case.

1.8) The delivery driver will make every effort to protect your appliance and home from damage. It is your responsibility to move any ornaments, furniture, etc. Also if you are concerned about any damage to your floor it is your responsibility to put down a protective layer. The driver is not liable for any damage to your property or to the item if helping to bring the item inside. If you need a two man delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us and this can be arranged an extra fee may occur.

1.9) If you are worried about your drive way or flooring inside of the property it is your responsibility to make sure it is covered with a protective sheet or inform us before we arrive. Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd

and our third party transport companies are not liable for any damage to your property including the outside of your property and your drive way.

1.10) Please check the item will fit into your house before purchase as returns for this item will be refunded however you will have to pay the cost for return postage and the original postage costs.

1.11) Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd

are not liable for any losses and loss of earnings due to late or delayed delivery.

2. Installations

2.1) All appliances must be installed professionally by a gas safe or an electrical certified engineer as Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd

are not liable for any gas, electrical or plumbing installation faults which may occur.

2.2) All items are fully function tested and PAT tested unless BRAND NEW. Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd

are unable able to accept any responsibility for any loss incurred by you as a result of product failure.


3.1) We offer a 12 months guarantee with ALL our items unless you have extended your warranty. This Guarantee maybe covered by either ourselves or the manufacture and this will depend on the item individually.

3.2) If you experience a problem with your item within the first 28days of purchase we can offer an exchange or repair in this instance please contact us. All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such, will be returned to the customer in its current state and will not be exchanged or refunded; All goods will be replaced on a like for like basis. Should our existing stocks be insufficient to accommodate this, either an equivalent specification replacement will be offered or refunded.

3.3) All return deliveries within the 14days will be paid for by us except for items that were ordered by mistake, do not fit inside the house or flat, cannot get the item to your property. These costs will be covered by the buyer. This may be deducted out of the cost of the product if you refuse to pay for the delivery.

3.4) If your warranty is covered by Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd

Extended Warranty and your item has a fault just call 020 8884 0060 and we will ask you a few questions about your appliance, we sometimes ask for pictures or videos to get a better idea and rule out setting and installation errors. If we can’t diagnose over the phone we will arrange for an engineer to come out to you or arrange a collection of the appliance so we can do a diagnostic check. We will either repair your item free of charge or if the item cannot be fixed we will replace it for like for like or offer you a refund.

3.6) If your item is covered by a manufactures warranty you will need to register the warranty as soon as you have purchased the item. All you have to do is visit the manufactures website or fill in the forms provided. If you have any trouble registering your appliance feel free to get in touch.

3.7) If you have integrated appliances or gas appliances you MUST have these items uninstalled BEFORE we come out to repair or collect the item.

3.8) All guarantees are for domestic purchases only. If the item is intended for commercial use the guarantee is void unless the item is designed for commercial use. Normally stated in the description.

3.9) If we arrive at the call out and the item is not faulty you will be charged a flat rate of £49. This will include plug sockets not being turned on, faulty plug sockets, wrong settings applied, transit bolts left in appliance, legs not adjusted correctly on the appliance

3.10) If you decide to purchase extended warranty with us this will start from the day you purchase the product. You will have the option to extend it to 24 months or 36 months. If your product is covered by either 12 or 24 months manufactures warranty OUR extended warranty will NOT start until the manufactures warranty has ended. For example if your item is covered by 12 months manufactures warranty and you buy 24 months extended warranty you will have 12 months with the manufacture and 12 months with Discount Domestic Appliances Warehouse Ltd



4.1) You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return.

4.2) Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility for cancellations.

4.3) If the item has already been delivered it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. If you require us to collect the item then we will charge carriage at our standard rate where applicable.

4.4) All deposits are non-refundable

4.5) Refunds will only be refunded once all goods are returned to the store

4.6) We will only refund any money received from the customer using the same method originally used by the customer to pay for your purchase.

5. Payments

5.1) We accept PayPal payments for added security and peace of mind, cash on collection, card on collection, bank transfer and cash on local deliveries. All our online payments are done through WorldPay or PayPal.

6.Pricing and availability

6.1) We reserve the right to change any prices that are advertised at any time.

6.2) The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, except in the instance where an error has occurred with the price shown on the website. Please note prices may be changed on a daily basis and can go up or down. When placing an order you are purchasing the item or items at the prices shown at that time.

6.3) Should a price subsequently change after your delivery is placed we are unable to adjust your order to the new price.
